Maxwell J. Torres, age 23, passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2012 as a result of a motorcycle accident. He was born January 11, 1989 in Aurora, IL. He is the son of James and Lynette (Head) Torres. He graduated from West Aurora High School in 2007 and was currently attending Waubonsee Community College studying Computer Programming. Max was currently employed by M E Computer Systems, in Aurora, IL.

Max was a Sci-Fi movie fan, who was very passionate about his video games and anxiously awaiting the release of Diablo 3. His many friends greatly enjoyed his daily status posts on Facebook, which always included his witty, geeky, and sarcastic sense of humor, which was sure to bring a smile to everyone's face.

He survived by his parents, James and Lynette (Head) Torres; his brothers, Samuel and Joseph both of Aurora; the love of his life, Sara Verdick of Aurora; maternal grandparents, Richard and Sallie Head of Mesa, AZ and Edward and Mary Lynn Carlson of Bonita Springs, FL; paternal grandparents, Anthony and Angeline Torres of Aurora, IL; aunts, Debbie (Ken) Spence, Anita (Dave) Heyde and Janis (Tim) Griffin; uncles Steve, Ron, Frank, and Tony Torres and Michael (Susan) Head; many cousins and wonderful friends.

Max was preceded in death by his aunt, Sandra Marie Torres.

Max will be dearly missed by all whom he has touched.
